"I did not use this product. It would not work on on my Countryman as needed for long term use. My review is for San Hima customer service. Be wary on buying products from them directly. You have to pay shipping for your own returns! The price alone to ship it back is almost the price of the product itself. Can you imagine the cost of returning a rooftop tent if it didn’t work on your vehicle? Outrageous policy. They don’t seem to care about satisfaction of their products with their customers. I like their products but will not order from them directly anymore."
